Pricing questions
How does the trial work?
30 days with all features of the «Business» plan and a neutral demo data set. No credit card needed. After the trial you choose a plan or access ends.
How do I cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of the month, yearly plans at the end of the term. You cancel yourself in the customer portal.
Who counts as a person in the workshop?
Everyone with their own PIN who signs off or clocks in. The number of tablets does not matter.
Can I get my data back?
Yes. Vehicle records as PDF, all other data as CSV export. Also for 30 days after cancellation.
How do I pay?
By credit card or SEPA direct debit via Stripe. Yearly plans can also be invoiced.
