Works offline, stays secure
The workshop has to keep working when the Wi-Fi at the lift drops out.

Each device keeps the data for its station locally. Sign-offs and clock times are sent as soon as the network is back.
Servers in Germany
Data is stored in a Hetzner Online GmbH data centre in Germany. Encrypted in transit, backed up daily.
Separate tenants
Each workshop only sees its own data. The separation is enforced by the database itself, not just the app.
Personnel data stays in the office
Only team leads and management see qualifications and approvals. Workshop tablets only learn whether an approval is valid.
Records that hold up
Who signed off what, when, with which tool? The history is only appended to, never overwritten.

The app updates itself. No IT rollout, no update appointment.
